The stunning SwimRun Tâmega is Portugal’s flagship course hosted at the confluence of two bodies of water; the Tâmega and Douro rivers.
America’s original swimrun race. Odyssey Swimrun Casco Bay Islands is a classic island hopping adventure and a must-do race on the USA swimrun circuit.
SWIMRUNMAN Gorges du Verdon, France
There is nothing easy about Gorges du Verdon. An epic 65km undertaking in one of France’s most protected areas known by many as ‘the most beautiful swimrun in the world’.
Mad Hatter Roseland and is grizzly and tough swimrun along the Cornish coastline. It is also very pretty. A classic point to point route along the Roseland peninsular, athletes will be tested.
EcoSwimRun Robertville, Belgium
Belgium may surprise many for offering hilly and varied swimrun races. EcoSwimRun Robertville has multiple highlights, running through a passage beneath the castle of Reinhardstein will do for many.
Rockman Swimrun, Norway
With towering mountains above, and gorgeous swimming though fjords below. Rockman is an iconic race. The 4444 steps to climb with an enforced two minute break at the top, of climbing onto Preikestole (Pulpit Rock) will be a highlight for many.

Billed the ‘best short course in the world’, the Otillo Final 15 is none stop action along a technical but mesmerising part of the Swedish Archipelago.
